Anji is a board-certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Nursing, and a Master’s degree in Nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno. She began her career in high-acuity medicine, working in critical care, emergency medicine, and as a Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN), serving as a first responder flight nurse for over seven years. This experience built the foundation for her clinical precision, critical thinking, and unwavering commitment to patient safety.
Driven by a passion for advancing beyond traditional medicine, Anji has dedicated extensive time to advanced training in hormone optimization, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), and functional endocrinology. She is board certified in Advanced Endocrinology through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and is among a select group of providers in Northern Nevada certified in both Menopause and Andropause management. Her commitment to continued education ensures her patients receive the most current, evidence-based care in longevity and precision medicine.
Anji’s approach to medicine is rooted in identifying and addressing the root cause of symptoms, and optimizing health. She specializes in optimizing hormones, metabolic health, and overall wellness through integrating conventional and functional medicine. Riley Henderson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in healthcare. A Reno native and proud graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and later completed her Family Nurse Practitioner degree. Her diverse clinical background includes oncology, gastroenterology, infusion therapy, primary care, and medical aesthetics, providing a well-rounded foundation rooted in safety, clinical excellence, and evidence-based practice.
Throughout her career, Riley has been committed to advancing her clinical knowledge and skill set through continued education and hands-on training. She has pursued advanced training in aesthetic medicine and has trained with some of the leading minds in medical aesthetics. Her approach reflects a balance of science and artistry, with an emphasis on delivering thoughtful, results-driven treatments tailored to each individual.
